Shipping policy

We currently ship across India and are working towards international shipping as Arten continues to grow. Our goal is to make our products available worldwide while maintaining the same commitment to quality and service.

Every product is made to order—nothing is mass-produced or stored in warehouses. Once your payment is confirmed, your order enters production within 2–4 business days.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and SMS so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping: Free on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹150 handling charge, payable at the time of delivery.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Arten cannot be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at hello@arten.in. We'll do our best to accommodate the change before your order is dispatched.

Undeliverable Packages

If your package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll get in touch to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Delivery Delays

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure timely delivery. However, unforeseen delays due to logistics, weather conditions, or peak demand periods may occasionally occur and are beyond our control.

If your order is significantly delayed, please email hello@arten.in with your order number, and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
